Patricia’s Tour of Homes for January

Welcome to the newest feature from Patricia Gagne Photographic Art.  This idea came to me as I reviewed in my mind all the beautiful art my clients and I have created together, elegantly displayed in their homes.  I thought that everyone would like to see how the art of portraiture can enhance any room in the house.  We all love our children and like to see the very best part of them on display every day.  I  have been known to suggest to clients that they peruse their portraiture when times get tough in child rearing!.  So here it is:  the Patzer home.  Lisa is a favorite long-time client with a gorgeous home.  Perfect to start off the series.  The wide-angle image of the room is shown first and then close-ups of the portraits found in that room, with an explanation of size so  you can see what works in a specific spot.  Let me know if you have any questions and/or if you would like your home to be featured.  Your family photographer will be happy to oblige!

Wow! Their home is gorgeous! I love all the portraits, especially the two large ones. The painted portrait over the fireplace and the one in the bedroom are stunning. Is that a torn effect on the chilren’s portrait?

Pat, the pictures look wonderful, what a fantastic idea, you are a good marketer. Hope things are going well! Sue

I think this is one of the coolest things to emerge in photography and am tickled to death you figured it out! I can tell you as a customer that the portrait you took of my son on the beach and “turned into” an oil painting is the dominant piece of art in my living room.
It is SO cool to have people look at the “painting” and I can say, “By the way, that’s actually a picture, and that’s actually my son chasing the seagulls!” They do double takes. I HIGHLY recommend this to all!
