A search for beauty has always been at the heart of my life. My first expression of this was through a career in ballet. Later, teaching dance led to developing classes in creative dance, design and writing. My lifelong interest in photography grew as I documented travels abroad. In mid-life photography became my central interest. Through the years, I have come to focus on romantic images of children. A pond, flowers, gardens and woods provide the setting for my environmental work. Black & white, sepia, and "painter" finishes bring that special touch to the magic of the captured image, whether in the studio or in a natural setting. I love spending time with Moms and their children, who are known to beg for a visit with Miss Patricia to feed the ducks! Capturing the inner spirit of each child who comes to me is my goal and my joy.
